All consulting appointments are non-refundable once booked. We ask that you only book when you're committed and ready — because we'll be fully prepared and invested in your session from the moment you do.
How are sessions conducted?
Discovery calls are via voice call. All Breakthrough Sessions and Growth Plan calls are conducted via Google Meet or Zoom. You'll receive a link in your confirmation email.
What should I prepare before my session?
Come with your biggest challenge, your current pricing (if you have it), and any numbers you track — sessions, revenue, client count. The more context you bring, the more actionable the session will be.
Can I upgrade from a Discovery Call to a paid session?
Absolutely — and that's exactly what the Discovery Call is designed for. We'll identify the right option together on the call, and you can book directly afterward.
Does the Growth Plan have to be completed in 30 days?
The 4 calls are designed to be spread across 30 days for maximum momentum, but scheduling can be flexible based on your needs. We'll discuss the ideal cadence on your first call.
