In 2023, I co-founded PD1 Soccer Training with a vision to create something different — a youth development program that didn't just train athletes, but transformed lives. What started as an idea became one of the fastest-rising supplemental training programs in North Texas, generating nearly $750,000 in revenue in just 30 months and building a community of over 110,000 social media followers.
Here's what most people don't see: I knew nothing about soccer. I did it because I knew systems, strategy, and scale. While my business partner brought elite-level coaching expertise, I brought the operational backbone that turns great coaching into a thriving business — from program design and scheduling to branding, marketing, app development, bookkeeping, and strategic planning.
We stayed cash-flow positive from day one. And then we sold it. But the mission didn't end there. It evolved.

I'm not someone who studied business from the outside and applied theory to sports. I'm a strategist who spent nearly a decade mastering operations, education, and brand-building before I ever stepped onto a field as a business owner.
After graduating with a degree in Merchandising, Marketing, and Business Administration, I started in corporate retail — where I learned the art of systems, structure, and scalable growth. I then transitioned into education, teaching middle school reading and writing while earning certifications in ESL and Gifted & Talented instruction. Those years taught me how to meet people exactly where they are, identify their potential, and give them the tools to level up.
I've also served my community through youth ministry, Make-A-Wish North Texas as a Wish Granter, and the Dallas Regional Council — experiences that reinforced my belief that service, heart, and hustle are what build lasting impact.
Today, I channel all of it — the operations expertise, educational background, and service mindset — into helping trainers build purpose-driven brands that generate real income and real freedom.
