In 2023, I co-founded PD1 Soccer Training with a vision to create something different: a youth development program that didn't just train athletes, but transformed lives. What started as an idea from my exceptionally talented business partner became one of the fastest-rising supplemental training programs in North Texas — generating nearly $750,000 in revenue in just 30 months and building a community of over 110,000 social media followers.

Here's what most people don't see: I didn't do it because I knew soccer inside and out–I knew NOTHING about soccer. I did it because I knew systems, strategy, and scale.

While my business partner brought elite-level coaching expertise, I brought something just as critical: the operational backbone that turns great coaching into a thriving business. From program design and scheduling to branding, marketing, client experience, app and website development, bookkeeping, forecasting, and strategic planning — I built the infrastructure that allowed us to stay cash-flow positive from day one and grow with remarkable growth, month after month..

And then we sold it.

But the mission didn't end there. It evolved.

I'm not a coach pretending to understand business. I'm a strategist who spent nearly a decade mastering operations, education, and brand-building before I ever stepped onto a soccer field as a business owner.

After graduating college with a Merchandising, Marketing, and Business Administration degree, I started in corporate retail, where I learned the art of systems, structure, and scalable growth — the foundations that every business needs to survive and thrive.

I transitioned into education, teaching middle school reading and writing while earning certifications in ESL and Gifted & Talented instruction. Those years taught me how to meet people where they are, identify their potential, and give them the tools to level up. That's exactly what I do for trainers now.

I've also served my community through youth ministry, Make-A-Wish North Texas as a Wish Granter, and the Dallas Regional Council for Make-A-Wish — experiences that reinforced my belief that service, heart, and hustle are what build lasting impact.

Today, I channel all of that — the operations expertise, the educational background, the service mindset, and the strategic vision — into helping trainers like you build purpose-driven brands that generate real income and real freedom.

After the sale of PD1, I built The Sports Trainer Network — a consulting and education platform designed to take passionate, talented trainers and turn them into confident, profitable business owners.
